Nursing Home Administrators

The U.S. Department of Labor reports a median annual income of $87,970 in 2015 for medical and health services managers working at nursing care facilities, a category that includes nursing home administrators. Ten percent of all medical and health services managers earned less than $56,230, and 10 percent earned more than $165,380 in 2015. These salaries do not include bonuses. Income also depends on the administrator's experience, the size of the facility, its ownership, and its location in the country.
