Employment Firm Workers

Employment of human resources specialists is projected to grow 5 percent, about as fast as the average for all careers, through 2028, according to the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). However, the DOL projects that job opportunities in employment services will grow more slowly than the average. Because of the increased use of computerized job matching and budgetary considerations, the demand for employment workers has lessened. Job prospects will be greatest in large urban areas, where there are more jobs and a higher degree of job turnover.
