Employment Prospects

All casinos which have table games, employ dealers, so opportunities are good throughout the country wherever casinos are located. The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) reported that in May of 2015, there were 94,900 dealers working in the United States. Employment will be driven by the increased popularity of casinos and other gambling establishments. Additionally, according to 2016 data from the BLS, states that do not currently have legalized gaming may allow new casinos to be built over the next decade in an effort to bring in more tax revenues. This would bring new jobs in the future.
