Chief Customer Officers

The Bureau of Labor Statistics does not project job growth specifically for chief customer officers, but the outlook for executives in general calls for growth about as fast as the average from 2014 to 2024. Since chief customer officer is relatively new job, it is difficult to predict future demand. The position may not exist at small companies. it is more often found in large corporations. Growth will be driven by the formation of new positions at companies that see a need to better manage customer relations and in new organizations.
