Experience, Skills, and Personality Traits

A bachelor's degree and several years of work-related experience, vocational training, and/or on-the-job training is required for biomass power plant manager jobs. Any experience, whether a part-time job or internship, at a renewable energy powers plant is useful preparation for future management work.
