Insigniam is a management consultancy that has been a pioneer in the field of organizational transformation and breakthrough performance for over 30 years. The firm was co-founded by Shideh Sedgh Bina and Nathan Owen Rosenberg, who still lead the firm today, and has almost 60 employees working to address their clients’ most pressing business concerns. Senior executives of some of the world’s largest companies have used Insigniam to produce breakthrough outcomes that are critical, necessary, and unprecedented given the history of their organizations and their current skills, resources, performance records, and circumstances.
Insigniam’s work is not advisory. The firm works directly with clients as they undertake aggressive, high impact initiatives –where “business as usual” isn’t enough, and breakthrough performance is the standard. The firm has a basic pattern that it follows when catalyzing breakthroughs in a client’s business model: reveal, unhook, invent, implement. The consultants facilitate structured conversations, coach individuals and teams and provide proprietary methods and state of the art assessments that clients then deploy to produce measurable breakthroughs in management results—whether that be in topline growth, strategy, implementation, innovation, profitability growth, or culture change.
Insigniam works in a variety of industries, from health care to consumer products, and everything in between and has offices in Laguna Beach, Paris, and Philadelphia.
Insigniam publishes an award-winning digital and print magazine called IQ: Insigniam Quarterly®, designed to be by executives, for executives on new thinking that transforms the practice of management and leadership. In the magazine, both Insigniam consultants and execs from big-name companies write about strategy, managing change, corporate culture, and innovation, among other subjects, and each issue of the magazine is focused on a central theme, such as “Disruption” or “Elevating the Customer Experience.”
