What is the culture like?
We’re proud of our friendly, supportive culture and we believe in doing what is right – not just what is allowed. But what really sets Deutsche Bank apart is the way we do business. Our values – integrity, sustainable performance, client centricity, innovation, discipline and partnership – are embedded in everything we do and expressed through the day-to-day actions of our people. We have a clear picture of the kind of bank we want to be and our people bring that to life. Joining us, you’ll be a key part of a diverse, inclusive team and will be empowered to use your individuality and integrity to drive forward market-leading solutions. We’ll encourage you to think for yourself, ask questions and share your ideas – and you can be confident your voice will be heard. You’re an individual at Deutsche Bank, not a member of the ranks.
Do I need to have a certain degree to apply?
Your degree subject isn’t the most important fact – we welcome high-achieving graduates from any discipline. We welcome applications from talented students from a wide-range of backgrounds, inviting fresh thinking, mental agility and a passion for the world of finance. To succeed, you’ll need a record of outstanding academic achievement, excellent communication skills – appropriate for a global business environment and a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Who do you look for?
We don’t restrict our thinking to a fixed profile or background. We’re looking for people who are full of imagination, enjoy solving problems and respond positively to challenges. You’ll need to be able to see the big picture, without losing sight of the detail, and have confidence to challenge the status quo. And, of course, you’ll be passionate about building a career in global financial services and knowledgeable about your chosen field.
What types of people work at Deutsche Bank?

Wherever you come from and wherever you’re going, we’ll give you the support, training and opportunities you need to grow. We value integrity, sustainable performance, client centricity, innovation, discipline and partnership. If you embody those values and beliefs, you can help us meet our goals.
